Organic Bitter Melon Seeds

These germinated fast and the vines are absolutely taking over my trellis, just as I hoped. I’ve already harvested two good batches for my evening curry, and that distinct, complex bitterness is exactly what the dish needed.

Planted these in a half-barrel on the balcony and the vines took off like crazy, the ridged green fruits are exactly as bold as the description promises. That complex bitterness in a curry is something else.

I'm usually not a bitter person, but these seeds sprouted in under a week and the vines are thriving on my balcony trellis. The first stir-fry with the ridged green fruit had that complex, bold bitterness I've been chasing for years.
