The powder is finely ground and mixes easily into warm water, which helps since the bitterness is pretty intense on its own. I've noticed my breathing feels noticeably easier during allergy season after taking it regularly for a few weeks.

The powder has that genuinely bitter, astringent edge you'd expect from a proper herb, so I know it's not diluted. I've been mixing a small amount into warm water each evening, and my chest feels noticeably clearer and breathing comes easier by morning.
