Third order of this already. The bitterness is intense, which tells me it's the real deal, and a tiny pinch in my morning tea does seem to give my immune system a noticeable boost during flu season.

The bitterness is definitely real, but I've gotten used to mixing it into warm water with a little honey. My energy levels feel more consistent since I started taking it daily, and the powder is finely ground which makes it easy to stir without clumps.
