The powder is incredibly fine and mixes easily into warm water, which matters since the taste is aggressively bitter. A week in and I already feel more resilient during my busy work week, and my digestion seems steadier too.

That bitterness is no joke, but I've actually come to appreciate it — a tiny pinch in warm water each morning and I feel like my immune system's got a real backup plan. The powder's texture is rustic, not silky, which tells me it's just the ground herb doing its thing.

The powder is super fine and mixes easily into warm water, which helps since the taste is so intense. I've been taking a small dose each morning for about two weeks now and feel like my body's natural defenses are getting a solid boost.
