This is the first Ayurvedic blend I’ve tried that actually feels grounding rather than just tasting medicinal. The cut pieces are consistent and steep nicely into a dark, earthy tea that’s been calming my evening nerves after just a few cups.

The cut is coarse and easy to work with, and I’ve been simmering a small handful each evening for a tea that feels deeply grounding after long days. It’s got that earthy, woody scent that immediately tells you it’s doing something real. My nerves feel noticeably steadier since I started.
