Planted these in early spring and by midsummer the pink-white blossoms were absolutely covered with bees — the roots are supposed to be the prize but honestly the flowers alone are worth it. They came up fast and the plants are already tall enough to stake.

Soaked half the packet overnight and they sprouted within two weeks, which felt fast for a perennial. The pink-white blossoms are exactly as described, though the plants got a bit leggy in partial shade—full sun seems to really make them happy. Roots are still too small to harvest this first year, b
