シャタバリ タブレット

Three weeks in and the cooling effect is real—I feel less irritable and overheated in the afternoons, which my acupuncturist said would happen. The tablets are easy to swallow and don't leave that weird aftertaste some herbs do.

My energy has been steadier through the afternoon since I started these, and the cooling effect feels genuinely calming rather than just a marketing word. I've been taking one with breakfast and the root-based formula is easy to digest.

Three weeks in and I’m sleeping more soundly than I have in months — the cooling effect really does feel calming, and the tablets have that earthy, root-like taste that makes me trust they’re the real deal. My cycle’s been less crampy too, which I wasn’t expecting this soon.
