Three spoonfuls into my morning routine and I already notice my energy feels steadier through the afternoon. The sattvic warmth of the ghee is comforting, and knowing it’s blended with shatavari by an actual Ayurvedic physician gives me confidence in what I’m putting in my body.
I've been using this ghee with shatavari every morning for a few weeks now and it's become a non-negotiable part of my routine. The adaptogenic formula just feels grounding, and knowing it was crafted by an Ayurvedic physician gives me real peace of mind about what I'm putting in my body.
The texture is beautifully smooth and it melts right into warm tea without leaving that greasy film I usually get from other ghee. Since it’s made with shatavari, I feel like it’s giving my system that extra grounding support, especially on stressful days.
