First jar lasted me about six weeks with a spoonful each morning, and it’s noticeably helped my digestion feel steadier through the day. The taste is warming and a bit spicy, which I actually enjoy mixed into my ginger tea.

The powder blends smoothly into warm water with a pleasant, mild spice taste that's easy to take daily. My digestion has felt noticeably calmer and more settled since I started, and I like that the jar is generously filled for the price.

The powder has that pleasantly spicy-sweet taste typical of traditional Ayurvedic blends, and it’s been easy on my stomach after meals. I’ve noticed my digestion feels steadier since I started taking it, and the heating herbs give a nice, subtle warmth. Perfect for the colder months.
