I've been adding a spoonful to my morning tea and it melts in without leaving that greasy film on top. The shatavari blend feels gentle on my stomach, and I like that it's formulated by an Ayurvedic physician rather than just some random wellness company.
The taste is surprisingly mild for a ghee, so I can add it to my tea without it overpowering anything. I’ve only been using it for a week, so it’s too early to judge the shatavari benefits, but the texture is lovely and smooth.
