The heat on these red rockets is exactly what I wanted—sweet up front, then a real kick that lingers. I’m already getting a second flush of slender peppers from just three plants, and they’re still piling on.
Planted these in early spring and the slender red pods started showing up faster than I expected — the sweetness really comes through even when they're still green, and they dry beautifully for crushing into flakes.
