Guggulu (Commiphora wightii) is a potent and penetrating resin from the guggulu tree that promotes natural detoxification and rejuvenation. While it has several benefits of its own, it is commonly combined with other herbs to magnify a specific desired action.*
The resin's naturally potent aroma hits you right when you open the bag, and it's clearly fresh-ground. I've been adding a pinch to my evening tea, and it's become a grounding part of my detox routine without feeling harsh.
The resin grinds down to a fine, potent powder that mixes easily into warm water, and I’ve noticed a real shift in my digestion since starting it daily. It’s got that strong, earthy bite you’d expect from a tree resin, but the detoxifying effect feels surprisingly gentle.
The resin's potent, penetrating quality is exactly what I needed for a deeper cleanse, and the powder dissolves easily in warm water without clumping. I've noticed a real shift in my digestion and energy since adding it to my morning routine, definitely a keeper.
