심황 마살라

I’ve been sprinkling this into my curry base and the color it gives the dish is a deep, gorgeous golden that makes everything look restaurant-grade. The blend of spices is balanced enough that I don’t need to add anything else, and it’s become a staple in my weekly rotation.

A little spoonful of this in my chickpea curry and the whole pot smelled like a proper Indian kitchen. The blend is so well-balanced that I didn't need to add anything else, just salt. My go-to spice jar now, hands down.
