Organic Bitter Melon Seeds

I'm usually not a bitter person, but these seeds sprouted in under a week and the vines are thriving on my balcony trellis. The first stir-fry with the ridged green fruit had that complex, bold bitterness I've been chasing for years.

The vine took off like a weed in our raised bed, and those ridged green fruits are exactly as bold as described. I've been tossing them into coconut curry every week, and the bitterness holds up beautifully even after simmering.

Planted these in a big pot on the balcony and within three weeks the ridged green fruits started forming exactly like the description promised. The vines are thriving even in this humid weather, and the bitterness in my stir-fry is spot on for a proper Thai curry.
