The cooling effect is real—my night sweats have calmed down enough that I’m actually sleeping through the alarm again. It’s also doing something nice for my memory, which I didn’t expect from a menopause supplement.

I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now, and while the cooling effect is subtle, I do feel a bit more even-keeled emotionally. The tablets are easy to swallow, but I can’t say my memory or hot flashes have improved much yet, so it’s a mild win.
