Eight weeks in and my joints feel noticeably less creaky during my morning walks, which I honestly didn’t expect from a supplement. The coral calcium source plus the herbal blend is a combination I haven’t seen before, and it sits fine on my stomach even on an empty one.
The Ayurvedic herb blend is a nice touch I haven't seen in other calcium supplements, and my joints feel less creaky in the mornings after about three weeks. Only giving four stars because the tablets are a bit large to swallow, but no stomach upset at all.
The coral calcium is easy on my stomach, which surprised me since I usually react to calcium supplements. I’ve been taking it for about six weeks with the Ayurvedic herbs and my knees feel less stiff on my morning walks. Only downside is the pills are a bit large to swallow.
