Zdraví prospěšné účinky guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) byly autory starověkých ájurvédských textů natolik ceněné, že ji nazvali „amrita“, neboli „božský nektar“. Guduchi je omlazující tonikum a její přínosy lze pozorovat v celém těle. Naše guduchi je certifikovaná jako Fair for Life Fair Trade.*
The texture is surprisingly fine for a bulk herb—it dissolves into hot water with barely any stirring, which is rare for powders like this. The powder is fine and mixes easily into warm water, which matters when you're taking it daily. I've noticed it fits well into my morning routine without any weird aftertaste, and the "divine nectar" reputation finally makes sense to me.
Started taking this in my morning tea about two weeks ago and honestly feel a bit more steady through the day. The powder’s fine, dissolves without clumping, and the earthy taste is easy to mask.
