Kapha Digest™ (Trikatu) tablets

I was skeptical at first, but after a heavy meal I popped two of these tablets and the bloating and that sluggish, heavy feeling in my stomach cleared up much quicker than usual. The traditional trikatu blend is doing exactly what the description says for my fat digestion.

It helps on days when a heavy meal leaves me feeling foggy and weighed down, that sluggish feeling does ease up noticeably. I do wish the bottle said more about how long to take it, but the simple trikatu blend works well enough for me.
